RETURN AND EXCHANGES

We're sure you'll love our products, but in the event that you are not crazy about them or that you received them damaged, follow our return policy guidelines to get a full refund:

Returns:

  • To request a return or exchange, please send us an email to support@greenrocketstore.com. Include your order number in your email. Do not send us your product until we've provided confirmation on your request. 
  • You can request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. You can still request a return after 30 days of delivery, but instead of a refund, you'll get store credit.
  • When returning a product, make sure that it's in the same condition that you received it. 
  • If your product is damaged or defective upon receipt, we will exchange it for the same item if you report it within 30 days of delivery. You would need to send us a picture showing the damage instead of shipping the product back to us. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit our criteria.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. If the refund is approved, it will be processed, minus shipping costs, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If your return is requested after 30 days of delivery, you would get store credit instead.

Please include your order number and the reason for the return in the return box so that the refund can be properly applied to your account. You'll be responsible for the shipping costs of the item you're returning.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
